PLASTIC SOUL
"Plastic Soul" is a dialogue that uses the body to reflect on how we have wrapped the earth in plastic.
Humans have a plastic soul; it's a cold soul in a warm body, appearing disconnected from the living system that nurtures and sustains it, as if it doesn't need it. The project develops by turning the human body into a vessel that the Earth uses for recycling, with the body becoming just another object of the planet. This dialogue made me question what the planet feels, putting me in two perspectives. People who awaken their love for the earth can adopt new ways of thinking and acting, bringing out the true human. When we question the relationship we have as co-creators with the earth, that's when the true dialogue with her begins.
